THE PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE ROLE IS TO LEAD/OVERSEE • Middle School Ministry — grades 6–8 • High School Ministry — grades 9–12 • Young Adults — college age The Youth Pastor will be a member of the Leadership Team and participate occasionally in the Weekend Teaching.
