LEADERSHIP AND COLLABORATION The Student Director / Pastor reports to the Associate Pastor and works closely with the Lead Pastor, elders, Oaks Kids Director, Administrative Assistant, and other ministry leaders. The Kids Director will receive leadership, coaching, and strategic direction from the Student Director / Pastor while continuing to own and lead the day-to-day work of Oaks Kids.
