PastorWork.com is an online job board connecting churches with ministry professionals. We provide a platform for churches to post ministry job listings and for ministry professionals to browse and apply for positions.

3. Job Listings

By posting a job listing on PastorWork.com, you agree that:

• You are authorized to post on behalf of the church or organization
• All information provided is accurate and truthful
• The listing represents a genuine employment opportunity
• You will not post discriminatory, illegal, or misleading job listings
• You are responsible for all communications with applicants

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate at our sole discretion.

4. Payments and Refunds

Job listing fees are charged per listing as described on our pricing page. By submitting payment, you agree that:

• All fees are non-refundable once a listing has been approved and published
• Refund requests made within 24 hours of payment and before approval may be honored at our discretion
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time

5. Listing Duration and Expiration

Job listings are active for the duration selected at the time of purchase (30 or 60 days). Upon expiration, listings are automatically deactivated. You may renew your listing by paying the applicable renewal fee. We are not responsible for listings that expire without renewal.

6. Seeded Listings

PastorWork.com may add job listings sourced from publicly available information to populate the platform. These listings are provided as a free service to churches. If you are a church representative and wish to modify or remove a listing posted on your behalf, please contact us at pastorworkcom@gmail.com.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
• Use our platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce our content without permission
• Use our platform to send spam or unsolicited communications

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

PastorWork.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of job listings, the qualifications of applicants, or the outcome of any hiring process. We are a platform connecting churches and candidates — we are not a staffing agency and are not responsible for hiring decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PastorWork.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or hiring outcomes.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on PastorWork.com, including our logo, design, and written content, is owned by PastorWork.com and may not be reproduced without permission. Job listing content submitted by users remains the property of the submitting church or organization.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of PastorWork.com after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
