Search Launch engagements typically wrap in 4-8 weeks. Guided Search runs 6-12 weeks depending on candidate availability. Executive Search engagements are typically 8-16 weeks for senior pastoral roles.
What size churches do you work with?
We typically work with churches of 100-1,500 in attendance. Smaller churches are a great fit for Search Launch. Larger or multi-site churches with complex leadership needs are well-served by our Executive Search tier.
