Ministry opportunities are flourishing in this vibrant South Florida city, where a diverse population of over 180,000 creates unique evangelistic possibilities alongside established congregations from Southern Baptist, Non-Denominational, and Catholic traditions. The area's growing retiree community and young professional influx have sparked demand for both traditional worship settings and contemporary church plants, with senior pastor positions typically offering $55,000 to $105,000 in a region where the cost of living runs just slightly above the national average.
