The Production Director provides strategic leadership and oversight for all production environments across Metro Life Church, including audio, video, lighting, presentation, livestreaming, podcast production, and production infrastructure. This role is responsible for building and developing volunteer teams, creating scalable systems, maintaining technical excellence, and ensuring distraction-free environments where people can encounter Jesus. Responsibilities - Lead and develop Audio, Video, Lighting, Presentation, Broadcast, and Online Production teams. - Recruit, train, schedule, and coach volunteers and team leaders. - Oversee production support for weekend services, conferences, special events, and online experiences. - Maintain and optimize church-wide audio, video, lighting, and streaming systems. - Lead production system upgrades, installations, and technology projects. - Manage equipment inventories, maintenance schedules, and production budgets. - Develop documentation, workflows, and operational standards. - Partner with Worship, Creative, Campus Leadership, and Ministry Teams to support ministry objectives. - Ensure production environments operate with excellence, professionalism, and reliability. Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of production leadership experience. - Experience recruiting, leading, and developing volunteer teams. - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Experience with professional AVL systems and production environments. - Previous church production leadership experience preferred.
