Echoes Church is looking for a passionate, relational leader to serve as our next Youth Director. This is an opportunity to lead a growing ministry that exists to help middle and high school students throughout the East Valley of Phoenix, AZ echo the life of Jesus in their everyday lives. The Youth Director will provide vision, leadership, and oversight for Echoes YTH, including weekly gatherings, discipleship, outreach, events, and volunteer development. More than building great programs, we're looking for someone who believes life change happens through authentic relationships and intentional discipleship. This leader will create environments where students are known, valued, challenged, and connected. The ideal candidate is a gifted leader, communicator, and team builder with a genuine shepherd's heart. They will recruit, equip, and care for volunteers while cultivating a ministry culture that is welcoming, fun, spiritually engaging, and centered on Jesus. Echoes Church is a young, rapidly growing church with a clear vision to help people echo the life of Jesus in their everyday lives.
