Youth/Student Ministries Pastor Location: Hays, Kansas Church Attendance: Approximately 1,100 average weekly attendance Student Ministry: Approximately 75–100 middle and high school students Employment Type: Full-time About Celebration Community Church We are a growing non-denominational church in Hays, Kansas with an average weekly attendance of approximately 1,100 people. Our student ministry, CrossCurrent, has an established foundation with roughly 75–100 students involved. The ministry also has committed student leaders and youth leaders. We are seeking a Youth Pastor who will provide biblical leadership and shepherding for our student ministry, while developing a culture of discipleship and helping students grow into mature followers of Christ. This is a pastor-level role intended for a leader who can teach Scripture faithfully, develop leaders, build relationships with students and families, and create systems that support long-term ministry health. This role is a great fit for someone early in ministry who feels called to serve students and families directly. This job is not mainly about administration. It focuses on getting to know students, teaching God’s Word, building relationships, working with parents, and helping young people become part of the church community. Position Overview The Youth Pastor will lead our ministry for middle and high school students. He will help students grow in their faith through teaching the Bible, discipleship, mentoring, encouragement, and getting involved in church life. He will also work with the Senior Pastor and church leaders to support families and help strengthen the church’s spiritual life.
