Ministry Job Description: Junior/Senior High Youth Pastor Position Title: Junior/Senior High Youth Pastor Reports To: Lead Pastor / Church Elders Employment Type: Full-time Position Summary The FCC Junior/Senior High Youth Pastor is responsible for the development of a dual-focused youth ministry for students in grades 6–12.
