Position: Worship Leader

Report to Lead Pastor

Part-Time to start

Role Summary: Lead our congregation in Biblical, Spirit-Led Worship each Sunday

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Disciple the Worship Team spiritually and musically.
• Plan rehearsals, coordinate with Pastoral and tech team for smooth services.
• Model humility, maturity, and personal worship.

Qualifications:

• Skilled vocalist and musician (piano or guitar preferred)
• Experience leading worship at a church setting(preferred but will train)
• Ability to lead volunteers with grace and clarity.
• Agree with Church doctrine and Mission.

Application requirements:

• Résumé with brief testimony.
• Video example of leading worship if possible.
• References(pastoral prefer preferred.)
