Our next pastor will be easily approachable, a man skilled in relationship building and have conflict resolution skills. He will make biblical decisions concerning the direction of the church and communicate them with grace while leading gently over time. He will work closely with our school administrator, CDM Committee, teachers and staff to integrate faith into the school environment and support the school’s mission. He will provide spiritual guidance, mentorship and pastoral care to students, and sometimes the wider school community. He will act as a bridge between the school and the church, fostering a positive and supportive environment grounded in faith. If he has a family he will put God first, his family second, and the church third.
