Creative Director (Full-Time) – Canvas Church | Multi-site Role Overview The Creative Director at Canvas Church oversees and directs the organization's brand identity and outward-facing communication. By leading a team of talented creatives, this role produces effective, engaging, and compelling media that powerfully amplifies the mission, message, and culture of the church. Core Responsibilities - Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and mentor the Creative Team (including graphic designers, videographers, and content creators) to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment. - Creative Strategy & Brand: Direct the overarching creative vision and cultivate the Canvas Church brand, ensuring absolute consistency in tone and visual style across all platforms and physical spaces. - Ministry Collaboration: Partner closely with other ministry leaders to translate their specific goals into impactful, audience-focused promotions and creative weekly gathering elements. - Creative Oversight: Manage the entire creative project pipeline from ideation to final delivery, maintaining high standards of quality while meeting deadlines. Key Qualifications - Proven experience in a creative leadership role, backed by a strong and diverse portfolio. - Deep understanding of modern design principles, video production, and digital communication trends. - Exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to align creative execution with the spiritual and community goals of Canvas Church; to create opportunities for people to experience God in a life-changing way.
