As Senior Director of Human Resources & Church Operations, you’ll oversee Cross View’s primary human resources functions and other operations while promoting a healthy, Christ-centered workplace rooted in trust and accountability. Subject to the Senior Pastor’s oversight, you’ll work closely with the Senior Pastor and church leadership to perform important human resources and operational functions as well as overseeing several other employees who perform financial, administrative, and multimedia work. Overall Duties & Leadership Responsibilities - Overall responsibility for Cross View’s and its Early Childhood Center’s (ECC) HR functions. Ensure the church and ECC comply with the church’s constitution, bylaws, policies of the Church Council, and applicable laws and regulations - Responsibility for overseeing Cross View’s and the ECC’s operations. Ensure that all church and ECC operations comply with church’s constitution, bylaws, and policies of Church Council - Oversight of Cross View’s financial, administrative, and multimedia functions, with day-to-day duties performed by several other church employees - Liaison to the Senior Pastor and church leadership regarding human resources, legal, and operational matters. Administer and track employee FMLA and other leaves, accommodation requests, workers’ compensation and unemployment claims, and OSHA reporting - Manage initial benefits enrollment, open enrollment, and qualifying life events, and work with the church’s employee-benefits provider (Concordia) to oversee the Concordia Plan’s employee benefits.
