Reports to: Lead Pastor Employment Status: Full-time Key Responsibilities - Pioneer a new and fresh chapter of youth ministry at Northbridge Community Church in cooperation with our present children’s minister. - Lead and develop a biblically grounded ministry for grades 6-12, and support existing ministry in K-5. - Establish weekly gatherings focused on teaching, discipleship, worship, outreach, serving, prayer, and relationships that foster discipleship. - Build, recruit, train, and shepherd volunteers and leaders. - Equip and encourage parents as primary disciplers. - Communicate consistently to students, volunteers, parents, and staff. - Plan and lead family-focused events, retreats, and outreach opportunities that connect the church with the community. - Collaborate with the pastoral team to integrate family ministry into the overall vision and mission of the church. - Ensure all family ministry environments are safe, welcoming, and aligned with our church’s values and theology. - Develop and oversee a Singles Ministry for a growing singles population within the church Team Collaboration & Ministry Development: - Integrate students into the broader life of the church. - Steward the youth ministry budget and prepare for growth. Reports to: Executive Lead Pastor Ministry Focus: Administrative Functions Hours: Full-time, minimum of 40 hours per week FLSA Status: Exempt Hired by: Board of Trustees Updated: August 2026 Position Summary The Sr. Director of Finance and Operations is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of staff and operations for a multi-campus church related to finance and budgeting, general administration, facilities, risk management, human resources, information technology, and other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Executive Lead Pastor and/or Elder Board. The Sr. Director of Finance and Operations, as part of the Leadership Team, promotes team leadership and leverages strengths in building and maintaining trusting and productive relationships throughout the ranks of leadership, staff and the body of Friendship Church.
