SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES - Leads and shepherds volunteers serving in pastoral care and recovery ministries, including re:generation leaders, care team volunteers, and ministry support leaders. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE - Bachelor’s degree in biblical studies, ministry, counseling, or a related field required; seminary or theological training preferred. - Chaplaincy certification or training a plus. - Professional Counseling experience or pursuit of licensure. - 3+ years of pastoral ministry experience, including teaching, discipleship, and pastoral care. - Experience providing pastoral counseling, spiritual guidance, or chaplaincy care in a church, hospital, or ministry setting. - Proven leadership within a recovery or care-focused ministry strongly preferred.
