This may include curriculum development for Community Groups, discipling individual leaders or groups of leaders, or other bible study opportunities for the campus. **+Qualifications/Skills/Gifts** ● Ability to lead, encourage and shepherd ● Pastoral Ministry degree and/or experience. ● Mature Christian walk. ● Gifted in pastoring, teaching or worship leading as well as administration. ● People skills and the ability to develop community life. **+Responsible/Accountable to** ● The Teaching Pastor of Trinity Church **+Responsible for** ● Campus congregation ● Campus staff **+Expectations** ● Continue in spiritual growth and development. ● Maintain consistent commitment to prayer and Scripture. ● Maintain a strong marriage/family (if applicable). ● Actively participate in Trinity Church by becoming a member within the first 90 days, leading or joining a community group, and being involved in the church-wide life of Trinity Church. ● Defend the doctrinal positions of Trinity Church. ● Support the leadership and decisions of the Governing Elders including decisions made for the Oceanfront campus. ● Maintain regular office hours. ● Attend weekly staff meetings.
