We are located in the Capital Region of upstate New York, just 2.5 hours from New York City and 2.5 hours from Montreal, with the Adirondack Mountains right in our backyard. The ideal candidate will understand how to minister effectively in a highly unchurched context and carry a heart to reach people far from God. Connections Director @ Starpoint We are looking for a Connections Director who will help us create a world-class first impression and ensure every person who walks through our doors finds a clear next step into community, serving, and spiritual growth. This role is all about assimilation, helping new people and those not yet engaged move into meaningful relationships and roles within the church. With your leadership, Sunday will truly feel like home for every guest who walks through our doors.
