The Gathering is a growing, Christ-centered, non-denominational church in Centerville, Ohio, with over 850 people attending each Sunday and nearly 100 baptisms annually in recent years. Our mission is simple: Connect More People to Jesus.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Worship Pastor who is passionate about leading congregational worship and investing in people.

Our previous Worship Pastor served faithfully for seven years before answering a call to another ministry. We are looking for someone who can build on a healthy foundation by leading worship with excellence while shepherding and developing our volunteer teams.

This role is about more than music. We are looking for a pastor who loves people, disciples volunteers, and helps create worship environments where the congregation actively engages with God.

What You'll Do

• Lead and plan Sunday worship services
• Collaborate with the Lead Pastor to create cohesive, gospel-centered gatherings
• Recruit, develop, and disciple worship team volunteers
• Build a culture that prioritizes congregational participation over performance
• Provide leadership and care for worship and production volunteers

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

• Experience overseeing production and technology teams
• Familiarity with Planning Center and church production systems
• Audio, video, livestream, lighting, and ProPresenter experience
