About Living Water Church (LWC) Located 20 minutes outside of the bustling university town of Madison, Wisconsin, Living Water Church (LWC) is uniquely placed in one of the fastest-growing communities in the region.

As we enter our 25th year as a congregation, we’re prayerfully seeking a Senior Pastor to lead us into the next season of growth and vitality.

LWC is a nondenominational church with a passion for prayer and sharing Christ with our community.

We’re a Bible-based, prayer-guided, Spirit-driven church with a contemporary worship style and a passion to be relevant, relational and life changing.

We choose to take a flexible approach to secondary doctrinal issues. We rally around the phrase, “In essentials, unity; in non-essentials, liberty; in all things, charity”.

We welcome the gifts of women to lead and teach at all levels of church ministry. We also approach baptism and communion with doctrinal flexibility.

LWC hosts two worship services on Sunday mornings with an average total attendance of 160 people. We’re also glad to share our facility with both a Hmong and an African congregation.

Qualifications

• A strong, personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a commitment to biblical teaching.
• Ordained or eligible for ordination with a theological background appropriate for the role.
• Proven experience in pastoral leadership, preferably in a church of similar size or larger.
• Strong preaching and communication skills with the ability to develop others in
• preaching.
• Experience in team leadership, staff supervision, and volunteer development.
• A heart for discipleship, community engagement, and pastoral care.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master of Divinity degree

Compensation

• $75,000-$80,000 Depending on Experience
