Job Description

Kingsport First Assembly is seeking a Spirit Filled, visionary Lead Pastor to serve as the spiritual leader and primary shepherd of our congregation. The Lead Pastor will provide biblical preaching and teaching, pastoral care, leadership development and strategic direction in alignment with the doctrines and fellowship of the Assemblies of God. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a vibrant personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a clear calling to pastoral ministry. We are seeking a credentialed/ordained minister in good standing with the Assemblies of God. Someone with proven experience in pastoral leadership along with strong relational and communication skills.
