BridgePointe Church / Title: Senior Pastor Location: Woodstock, GA

BridgePointe Church was founded in 2004 as a church plant in Woodstock, Georgia. What began as a small group of people has grown into a vibrant church family rooted in historic Christian faith and committed to living it out in everyday life together.

Our mission is to help people be with Jesus, become like Jesus, and be sent by Jesus. We believe transformation happens through intentional discipleship, spiritual practices, authentic community, and joining Jesus in His work of renewal—bringing heaven to earth in our homes, neighborhoods, and world.

BridgePointe is a healthy and growing church, currently averaging around 250 people on Sunday mornings, with a collaborative staff culture, strong leadership, and a clear sense of identity and direction.

The Senior Pastor serves as the primary spiritual and directional leader of BridgePointe Church.

This role is responsible for casting and carrying the vision, preaching and teaching Scripture, and leading and developing the staff team to accomplish the mission of the church.

Responsibilities

Vision & Direction

• Champion and carry the mission be with Jesus, become like Jesus, be sent by Jesus
• Provide clear direction aligning all ministries to the mission

Preaching & Teaching

• Serve as the primary for Sunday gatherings (approximately 38–40 Sundays per year)
• Teach Scripture in a clear, engaging, and formative way

Staff Leadership & Development

• Lead, develop, and care for the church staff team
• Foster a healthy, collaborative, and high-accountability culture

Discipleship & Spiritual Formation

• Oversee and champion the church discipleship strategy
• Create clear pathways for spiritual growth

Organizational Leadership

• Provide oversight of church operations, systems, and strategic planning
• Lead in budgeting and financial stewardship in partnership with staff and elders

·Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; theological training (MDiv or equivalent) preferred
• 5+ years of pastoral leadership experience (senior or key leadership role)
• Demonstrates a clear Spirit-led calling to pastoral ministry
• A gifted communicator with a passion for teaching Scripture
• Proven leader with experience developing teams and leaders
• Leads with humility, integrity, and a servant-hearted posture
• Able to lead within an existing vision and culture while bringing thoughtful insight and energy

Pay: $72,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
