Job Description

Reavisville First Baptist Church (Reavisville FBC)—a fast‑growing, family‑focused, mission‑minded country church southwest of Crane, Missouri—is prayerfully seeking an involved FULL‑TIME Pastor.

About the Role

The pastor must meet the biblical qualifications of 1 Timothy 3:1–7 and Titus 1:6–9. They should also be dedicated to service and actively engaged in the life of the church, including:

• Preaching and teaching
• Shepherding and visitation
• Evangelism and outreach
• Fellowship and relationship‑building
• Occasional basic maintenance, as needed

Preaching Style: We value a pastor who can offer both expository and topical preaching, delivering messages that are biblically grounded, practical, and relatable. Anecdotal lessons and real‑life illustrations are appreciated and well‑received by our congregation.
