Position Summary
The Executive Pastor serves as the primary strategic ministry partner to the Lead Pastor, providing organizational leadership that enables the church to faithfully accomplish its mission of glorifying God by making disciples who make disciples.
This role exists to transform vision into execution by leading the operational systems, developing staff, strengthening ministry leaders, stewarding resources, and ensuring every ministry functions in alignment with Dayspring's mission, disciple-making pathway, and leadership philosophy.
