Job Title: Children’s Pastor

(Birth–5th Grade)

Position Summary

The Children’s Pastor is responsible for the vision, execution, and day-to-day operations of all environments serving children from birth through 5th grade. This role ensures a safe, engaging, and spiritually formative experience for every child while building, developing, and sustaining a healthy volunteer team. In addition, this position actively partners with parents and guardians as the primary disciples of their children—equipping and encouraging families to raise the next generation of followers of Christ. The role requires leadership, organization, pastoral care, and operational excellence across weekly programming, events, environments, and team development.
