Children’s Ministry Director (Part-Time) – Capital Life Church

Capital Life Church is seeking a passionate and nurturing Part-Time Children’s Ministry Director who has a calling to disciple children and partner with families in helping the next generation know and love Jesus. The ideal candidate is a spiritually mature, creative, relational leader with experience serving in children’s ministry and a heart for creating a safe, engaging, and Spirit-filled environment where children can grow in their faith. This role will provide leadership and vision for our children’s ministry, including volunteer development, curriculum oversight, Sunday ministry experiences, special events, and family engagement. We are looking for someone who loves children, loves people, and desires to see young lives transformed through the power of God’s Word and the presence of the Holy Spirit. Capital Life Church is a non-denominational, Spirit-filled church located in the DC metro area with a passion for reaching families and raising up the next generation.
