At First Baptist Church Andrews, we believe children are not just the future of the Church—they are an essential part of what God is doing today. We are seeking a passionate, relational, and Christ-centered Children's Minister who is excited to invest in the next generation and help children discover, grow, and live out a lifelong faith in Jesus Christ.

This is more than a ministry position—it's an opportunity to build something meaningful. As our Children's Minister, you'll have the freedom to dream, create, and lead a thriving ministry that reaches children from birth through 6th grade while partnering with families to disciple their children at home. You'll build lasting relationships, equip incredible volunteers, and connect with our community through local schools, sports, and family events.
