Forest Park Church is seeking a full-time Worship Pastor to help shape the worship life of our church and build a healthy, Christ-centered worship ministry over time. Forest Park Church exists to help people follow Jesus one step at a time. We are a mission-driven congregation serving many unchurched and de-churched individuals, along with people from diverse denominational backgrounds. Because of this, our worship culture is intentionally accessible, thoughtful, grace-centered, and pastoral in tone. We are looking for a pastor-leader who values people as much as preparation, formation as much as execution, and long-term ministry health as much as Sunday excellence. This role is for someone who loves worship, loves people, and wants to help build something meaningful over time. Forest Park Church is affiliated with the Church of God, Cleveland, TN, and operates within that broader fellowship. What You’ll Do - Lead and oversee worship for Sunday services and special events. - Build, train, schedule, and care for worship, production, and tech teams. - Collaborate with the Lead Pastor to plan thoughtful, engaging, Christ-centered services. - Develop musicians, vocalists, worship leaders, and production volunteers. - Help create worship environments that are spiritually meaningful, musically prepared, and accessible to people from diverse church backgrounds. - Use planning and worship technology tools to support clear communication, preparation, and team health. Who You Are - Passionate about leading Spirit-sensitive worship that is theologically rich, emotionally honest, and accessible. - A pastor at heart who values relationships, integrity, humility, and unity. - Energized by building teams and developing leaders. - Comfortable leading both musically and administratively. - Organized, dependable, and calm under pressure. - Able to collaborate well with the Lead Pastor and staff team. - Experienced with, or willing to learn, Planning Center and worship technology tools. Details - Full-time, salaried position, approximately 40–45 hours per week. - Reports directly to the Lead Pastor. - Works in collaboration with the staff and Directional Team. - Flexible work environment based on ministry needs, meetings, rehearsals, and Sunday responsibilities. - Located in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. Senior Pastor

Position Overview: Church in the Gardens is prayerfully seeking a full-time, male Senior Pastor to provide spiritual leadership and general oversight of the church and its ministries. The Senior Pastor will serve collaboratively in the Elder Board. As Senior Pastor, he will be leading the staff and congregation in alignment with the church’s vision and mission. Pre-requisites/minimum qualifications for applicants: - Minimum (3) years with demonstrated experience in ministry leadership. - Ordination by a recognized denomination. - Demonstrates biblical knowledge and understanding of the theological context. Preaching and Teaching: - Must be devoted to the ministry of prayer and the Word. (Acts 6:4; 1 Timothy 3:2; 2 - Timothy 4:2; Titus 1:9) - Equip the church body doctrinally by teaching the Word. (Ephesians 4:11-12; 1 Timothy - 4:11, 13; 1 Timothy 5:17; 2 Timothy 4:2; Titus 1:9; Titus 2:11) - Make the Word of God fully known, proclaim, warn and teach everyone with all wisdom. - (Colossians 1:25-29) Discipling and Equipping Leadership - Equip elders and the saints by entrusting and presenting them with sound doctrine (2 - Timothy 1:13, 2:2). - Invest in and develop future leadership for the church and care for the body. Shepherding and Pastoral Care - Delegate pastoral care responsibilities as appropriate while maintaining oversight to - ensure processes and people are in place to care for the congregation which include: - Oversight of Pastoral care through prayer, visitation, and counseling. - Oversight for funerals, baptisms, weddings, and special services.
