Campus Pastor – Harvest Church (Central Valley, CA) About the Role Full-time. Competitive Salary + Benefits (Health Insurance, Retirement, Vacation, Etc.) Harvest Church is seeking a Campus Pastor to lead one of our growing campuses in California’s Central Valley. This is a full-time pastoral leadership role for someone who carries both a shepherd’s heart and a builder’s mindset. This leader will oversee the spiritual health, growth, and leadership culture of the campus—while also preaching live on a regular basis in alignment with the Senior Pastor’s vision and teaching direction. Some weekends will feature live preaching, while others will include teaching via broadcast from our main campus. The Campus Pastor will thrive in both environments—bringing leadership, presence, and spiritual authority to every service. Our website is harvestonline.church What You’ll Do Lead the Campus - Serve as the primary spiritual and organizational leader of the campus - Build a strong, life-giving, Spirit-filled church environment - Pastor and care for the congregation and key leaders Preach & Communicate - Preach live regularly in coordination with the Senior Pastor - Align with church-wide teaching themes and direction - Lead and host services during broadcast weekends with strength and engagement Build Leaders & Teams - Recruit, train, and develop leaders and volunteers - Create a leadership pipeline within the campus - Build a culture of ownership, excellence, and growth Drive Growth & Outreach - Reach the local community through intentional outreach - Help people take next steps in their faith journey - Build systems for assimilation, discipleship, and engagement Execute Vision - Champion the vision, culture, and values of Harvest Church - Implement church-wide initiatives at the campus level - Ensure alignment with central leadership and ministries Who You Are - A spiritually mature, Spirit-filled leader with a deep relationship with Jesus - A strong communicator who can preach with clarity, conviction, and authority - A proven leader who builds teams and develops people - Highly aligned with senior leadership and able to carry vision faithfully - A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment - Both pastoral and strategic—you love people and know how to build What Matters Most - You carry presence, not just position - You can lead both a room and a team - You don’t just maintain—you build - You are as strong in alignment as you are in initiative Why This Role Matters This is not just a campus role—it’s a leadership opportunity to help shape the future of a growing, Spirit-filled church.
