About the Role

Harvest Church is seeking a Campus Pastor to lead one of our growing campuses in California’s Central Valley. This is a full-time pastoral leadership role for someone who carries both a shepherd’s heart and a builder’s mindset.

This leader will oversee the spiritual health, growth, and leadership culture of the campus—while also preaching live on a regular basis in alignment with the Senior Pastor’s vision and teaching direction.

Some weekends will feature live preaching, while others will include teaching via broadcast from our main campus. The Campus Pastor will thrive in both environments—bringing leadership, presence, and spiritual authority to every service.

What You’ll Do

Lead the Campus

• Serve as the primary spiritual and organizational leader of the campus
• Build a strong, life-giving, Spirit-filled church environment
• Pastor and care for the congregation and key leaders

Preach & Communicate

• Preach live regularly in coordination with the Senior Pastor
• Align with church-wide teaching themes and direction
• Lead and host services during broadcast weekends with strength and engagement

Build Leaders & Teams

• Recruit, train, and develop leaders and volunteers
• Create a leadership pipeline within the campus
• Build a culture of ownership, excellence, and growth

Drive Growth & Outreach

• Reach the local community through intentional outreach
• Help people take next steps in their faith journey
• Build systems for assimilation, discipleship, and engagement

Execute Vision

• Champion the vision, culture, and values of Harvest Church
• Implement church-wide initiatives at the campus level
• Ensure alignment with central leadership and ministries
