Job Description

Gold Creek Community Church exists to reach people far from God so they can find hope and purpose in Jesus Christ.

Our Monroe location launched in January 2025 and the momentum is real. We have people coming to faith, we are growing, people are getting baptized, and students are starting to show up. Our next right step is to launch a student ministry.

If you want to work hard to build something from the ground up that actually impacts a community—if reaching students who don’t know Jesus yet is what gets you excited—then this is for you.

If that doesn’t excite you, we are not the church for you.

What You’ll Do

• Launch from Scratch: Lead the 15–20 students currently attending on Sundays while building a ministry designed to reach their friends who don’t know Jesus yet.
• Build a Team of Leaders: We don't want you to do everything; we want you to build a team of leaders around you who are as bought into the mission as you are.
• Work within a Team: Collaborate with the broader Gold Creek Students team to execute a ministry calendar that accomplishes the vision across all locations.
• Preach with Purpose: Deliver high-energy, relevant messages that point students directly to Jesus.
• Invest in Monroe: Establish a dominant presence in the community. Be a fixture at Monroe High School and Park Place Middle School.
