Youth Pastor

Job Description

Church of Hope is seeking a passionate and relational Youth Pastor to lead and disciple students in their faith, helping them grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and become active members of the church community. The Youth Pastor will oversee youth programs, lead weekly gatherings and Bible studies, mentor students, equip volunteers, and partner with parents and church leadership to create a welcoming, Christ-centered environment for students, as well as responsibilities to support the overall mission of Church of Hope.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and lead a vibrant youth ministry for middle and high school students.
• Teach biblical truth and provide meaningful opportunities for spiritual growth.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and volunteers.
• Recruit, train, and encourage youth ministry volunteers.
• Plan youth events, retreats, outreach opportunities, and service projects.
• Support the overall mission and vision of Church of Hope
