Job Description
The Youth / Assistant Pastor is to come along side our church families and minister to our young people. DIscipling and mentoring them in their walk with the Lord. This position would include the ordering of materials as well as recruiting teacher and helpers for our various children's ministrities. They would be in charge our our Youth Group in teaching as well as organizing activities. They would need to be comfortable preaching from time to time in the Pastor's absence.
