Youth & Family Pastor

Job Description

The Youth and Family Pastor is a passionate, visionary leader who carries a deep passion for the spiritual growth of children, students, and families. This role exists to ignite faith in the next generation and create environments where theWELLkids and theWELLstudents don’t just attend church, but encounter Jesus in a life changing way!

This leader will oversee and champion all aspects of theWELLkids and theWELLstudents Ministries, including:

• Sunday programming
• Youth Group
• AWANA
• Student Camps
• Ongoing discipleship environments

They will also develop and lead mission opportunities and outreach initiatives that challenge students and families to live out their faith boldly in their schools, homes, and communities.

At the heart of this role is creativity and connection, designing engaging, Christ-centered experiences that capture attention, build relationships, and cultivate lasting faith.

This includes:

• Empowering volunteers
• Developing leaders
• Building teams that are unified around the mission of reaching the next generation.

The ideal candidate is a relational, Spirit-led leader who loves students, values families, and thrives on building environments where faith becomes transformational. This person sees potential in every child and student and is driven to help them become lifelong followers of Jesus who impact the world around them!
