Youth & Family Pastor

Job Description

Looking for a humble, gospel-centered shepherd for our Community Kids (birth–grade 5), Community Students (grades 6–12), and new Young Adults ministries (ages 18–30). This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work in a collaborative environment dedicated to an ethos of excellence and to creating worship opportunities for the next generation of our church family.

Come to a beautiful location and help us transform Door County from a geographically desirable tourist location to a gospel-saturated sanctuary! We are building something special here, and we’re looking for a long-term addition to our pastoral team. This person must have a deep desire to engage with and have a heart for youth and families, but above all must be dedicated to proclaiming the truth of Scripture and the beauty of a worthy God.
