Worship Pastor

Job Description

The Worship Pastor will lead and oversee all aspects of worship ministry at Faith Church. This includes planning and leading engaging worship services, developing and discipling worship team members, collaborating with staff in creative planning, and ensuring that our worship experiences reflect the heart and culture of our church.

This role requires someone who is spiritually mature, relational, musically skilled, and able to lead both vocally and instrumentally (keys or guitar preferred). The Worship Pastor must be passionate about drawing people into God’s presence, leading with excellence, and cultivating a healthy and growing worship culture through the power of the Holy Spirit.
