Worship Leader – Watermark Church (MI)

Watermark Church is looking for a Worship Leader who is passionate about helping people encounter the presence of God and building a healthy, growing worship culture. This is more than a Sunday role. We’re looking for someone who can lead worship, develop teams, and help create environments where people connect with God in a real way.

What You’ll Do

• Lead worship for Sunday services and key environments
• Build and develop a strong worship culture
• Recruit, train, and lead volunteer teams
• Help ensure services are prepared and executed with excellence
• Oversee basic production needs (ProPresenter, livestream, lighting, sound)
• Develop leaders so the ministry grows beyond one person

Who You Are

• A strong worship leader (vocally and/or instrumentally)
• Passionate about people, not just music
• A team builder who enjoys developing others
• Organized, reliable, and able to follow through
• Willing to learn and grow in production systems
