Job Description

This is a healthy, growing church in the North Houston area seeking a FULL TIME Worship Leader. Cornerstone runs two Sunday services, 9am & 11am with an average Sunday attendance of 250. Beginning next week, Phase 1 of a sanctuary remodel & sound system overhaul will begin, so this is a great opportunity with adequate space & tech for a new leader to step into. This role includes leading worship services, developing and shepherding worship teams, and helping cultivate a culture of worship within the church. Bi-vocational & not interested in full time employment? We're open to that as well!

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• A genuine heart for worship and spiritual leadership
• Experience leading worship teams
• Strong vocal and instrumental ability
• Some production experience preferred
• Some AVL experience preferred
• Familiarity with Planning Center or similar worship-planning tools
