COASTAL COMMUNITY CHURCH is a dynamic, fast growing (Outreach Magazine top 100 fastest growing churches 6 years in a row), multi-location church in South Florida. The mission and vision of our church is, "To make it hard for people to go to hell by making it easy for them to go to church so they can experience, know and follow Jesus." We are currently looking for a full-time location Worship Leader to grow with us.

The basics:

• Thrive when leading, delegating, and organizing all things worship
• Enjoy building and leading volunteer teams
• Exceptionally organized with a heart for people
• Have an eye for details and the capacity to see the big picture
• Are a strong vocalist, communicator and able to cast vision
• Able to inspire and motivate others to serve
• Have a strong ability to develop volunteer leaders
• Is the DNA carrier of Coastal Community Church to the location

The works:

• Oversee location tech, production and worship for weekend services
• Pastor and love people
• Lead the charge regarding daily communications with attendees, guests, and staff through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
• Recruit and lead volunteer teams to perform weekly functions of Location ministry
• Accomplish everything for everyone – it’s challenging, fast-paced and busy, busy, busy

Skills

• At least 2 years experience in leadership and worship/music ministry
• Proficiency in one or more instruments
• Strong vocal and stage presence
• Have experience in Logic, Reason, Ableton and other software
• Experience leading teams and developing leaders

Personality

• Understanding that the role demands 10% music and 90% ministry
• Creative mind but organized and sharp
• Not afraid to get hands dirty
• Love challenges and always brings solutions
• Enjoys working with a team

You Will

• Be responsible for musically creating and executing our weekend experiences. From song selection to performance
• Be responsible for recruiting and training weekend stage teams
• Be passionate about Jesus and the local church and represent both with excellence, on and off the job
