Job Title: Production Director

Reports to: Worship & Creative Arts Director

Job Type: Full-time; Exempt

Overview: The Church Production Director oversees all technical aspects—audio, video, lighting, and streaming—for worship services and events to create an immersive, distraction-free environment. This leadership role combines technical expertise with volunteer recruitment, training, and strategic planning, collaborating closely with creative arts and pastoral staff to enhance the church's message. The director ensures that production enhances, rather than distracts from the worship experience, ensuring technical excellence and scalability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Technical Leadership: Manage all audio, video, lighting (AVL), and live-streaming systems for weekly services and special events.
• Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor volunteers to operate technical equipment, ensuring a competent team.
• Service Production: Coordinate production elements (lighting, visuals, sound) to align with worship themes, often using platforms like Planning Center.
• Maintenance & Stewardship: Maintain, repair, and upgrade audiovisual equipment, ensuring it remains functional and secure.
• Broadcast/Online Campus: Oversee the production of online content, ensuring high-quality audio and video for digital services.
• Stage Design: Collaborate with staff on set design and environmental aesthetics.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in live sound engineering, video production, lighting design, and broadcast systems.
• Leadership Experience: Experience leading teams, preferably in a church or live production context.
• System Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-standard software (e.g., ProPresenter, lighting consoles, video switchers).
• Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work well with pastors, worship leaders, and creative teams.
• Spiritual Maturity:Is a committed follower of Jesus Christ, actively engaged as an owner and regular attendee of The Naz Church, demonstrating spiritual maturity, a consistent walk with Christ, and leading by example through intentional shepherding and faithful service in alignment with the church’s vision and mission.

At-Will Employment:
