For almost 60 years, the Community Bible Church has been committed to reaching people for Christ by demonstrating his love through us. Community Bible Church is a Bible-believing, Gospel-centered congregation. We are Elder-led and evangelically diverse. In 2025, we hired a new Pastor with a heart devoted to reaching the lost and making disciples. Currently, we are in a season of reevaluating our vision, mission, and By-Laws to position us for another 60 years of ministry in northern Niagara County.

This candidate will be led by God to serve as a pastor to youth and families within our church, and they feel that this is where God is leading them. The candidate should have very good communication skills to be a clear and effective communicator. The candidate should have a passion for the spiritual health of the family and a heart for every family member. We also want our candidate to be prepared to teach and occasionally preach on Sunday morning.

This is a full-time role overseeing the spiritual development of youth and families, bridging the children, youth, and adult ministries to foster a cohesive discipleship strategy. They equip parents through resources, counseling, and events, often supervising volunteers for younger age groups while championing family-centered ministry to build stronger homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Family and Youth Discipleship: Develop strategies to equip parents for parenting and spiritual leadership.
  • Ministry Discipleship: Oversee or support volunteers in children’s (preschool/elementary) and youth ministry.

  • Programming: Plan and execute church-wide family and youth events, retreats, and/or mission trips
  • Team Leadership: Lead and train staff and volunteers, fostering a unified vision across age groups.
