We are a growing, Bible-believing, non-denominational church located in New Braunfels, Texas, one of the fastest-growing cities in the United States. With weekly attendance averaging just under 2,000 people, we believe God is positioning our church to have a significant impact on the next generation—and we are seeking a Youth & Young Adult Pastor who shares that passion.

The Opportunity

This role is more than leading programs—it’s about building relationships. We are looking for a pastor who will intentionally disciple the youth and young adults within our church while also reaching students throughout the local community.

New Braunfels is rapidly growing, and with that growth comes an incredible opportunity to shape and shepherd Gen Z. We want our church to be a place where young people naturally gather, feel known, and are powerfully impacted by God’s Word and by meaningful relationships with believers who live out their faith.

Key Responsibilities

• Pastor, disciple, and build authentic relationships with youth and young adults
• Create environments where Gen Z feels welcomed, challenged, and spiritually formed
• Teach the Word of God with clarity, conviction, and relevance
• Develop leaders and volunteers who are invested in the next generation
• Engage with schools, families, and community spaces to reach students beyond church walls
• Collaborate with church leadership to align youth and young adult ministry with the overall vision of the church
