Lead Pastor

Job Description

Dixie Hills Baptist Church in Bolivar, TN is prayerfully seeking its next full-time Senior Pastor to provide biblical leadership, lead our congregation, and guide the church in fulfilling the Great Commission.

Candidates must hold at least a master’s degree, be ordained within the Southern Baptist tradition, and possess a minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in a local church setting. The pastor must be fully aligned with the Baptist Faith and Message 2000 and demonstrate a commitment to the preaching of God’s word, discipleship, pastoral care, community engagement, and outreach ministries.

We are seeking a Godly man who models humility, integrity, and a passion for equipping the church for ministry.
