Job Description

The primary role of a Global Young Adult Pastor is to be a relational equipping leader and disciple-maker in a multi-site church context. They will work under the supervision of the Lead Pastor to build a ministry that disciples Young Adults. They will design and build programs and teams that support three key areas of discipleship: teaching twice a month at Young Adult Community Nights (Sand Lake and Winter Garden Campuses), training and equipping small-group leaders, and providing global leadership across all campuses.
