Executive Pastor of Ministries

Job Description

Loudonville Community Church in Albany, New York, is seeking an Executive Pastor of Ministries to help provide strategic leadership, organizational oversight, and pastoral direction for the next season of ministry.

The Executive Pastor of Ministries will work closely with the Lead Pastor, Elder Council, staff, and ministry leaders to strengthen the church’s discipleship ministries, align our ministries with LCC’s mission, develop leaders, improve systems, and support healthy ministry execution across the life of the church. This role calls for a mature pastor-leader who loves the local church, is committed to biblical faithfulness, leads with clarity and humility.

LCC is a gospel-centered, missions-minded church with a long history of ministry in the Capital Region of NY and a growing vision for local discipleship, multi-generational ministry, and a missional commitment to our neighbors and nations. Qualified candidates should have significant pastoral and organizational leadership experience, strong relational and communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to lead teams, build systems, and cultivate healthy ministry culture.
