Job Description
Catalyst Church is searching for an Executive Pastor to oversee day-to-day operations and ministry staff. This role partners directly with the Lead Pastor to implement vision, manage budgets, lead staff teams, and ensure ministry effectiveness across all departments. The ideal candidate has strong administrative and leadership skills, ministry experience, and a servant heart. MBA or ministry leadership experience preferred.
