Grace Church is seeking a Senior Director of Worship and Production to provide pastoral and creative leadership for worship across our main campus and multisite locations. This role oversees worship teams, production staff, and the overall Sunday experience. The ideal candidate is a coach of coaches — someone who leads with excellence, develops team members, and creates environments where people encounter God.
