Director of Kids & Families

Job Description

The Director of Kids & Families will oversee 150+ leaders and volunteers in creating discipleship environments for parents and kids through 5th grade. Executive and organizational leadership skills are preferred and previous experience working with children is not necessary. Primary leadership role is to set vision and direction for other leaders to implement.

Direct teams of people (leaders, volunteers, and contractors) who implement:

• Weekly operations for Kidtown at Midtown Fellowship: Downtown.
• Employee Supervisor for (PT) Kids & Families Coordinator.
• Kidtown teaching curriculum.
• Kidtown facility improvements.
• Equipping events for parent training.
• Database management of families at Downtown.
• Parent communication.
• Family Care Team.
• Kidtown/Childcare Plans for Church-Wide Special Events.
• Volunteer Training and deployment.
