Title of position: Campus Pastor

Position type: Full time

Pay range: Dependent on qualifications

Location: BT Church – Kingsville Campus

Description of responsibilities:

The role of the Campus Pastor is to oversee and lead the direction and life of a particular assigned campus in order to accomplish the overall vision of BT Church

Required experience: 3+ years of experience preferred

Required skills: Must Evidence a calling to pastoral leadership, committed follower of Jesus, ability to set goals, facilitate advanced planning, and effectively manage ministry and personnel schedules, effective team building and management skills, strong communication and writing skills
