The Bailey Bridge Campus Pastor provides pastoral leadership, staff oversight, and strategic direction for the Bailey Bridge Campus of Cloverhill Church under the direct leadership of the Lead Pastor. This role carries the mission, vision, and culture of Cloverhill Church at the campus level by leading assigned staff, providing pastoral care, and developing staff and volunteer leaders. The Campus Pastor partners closely with ministry teams to keep campus ministry aligned, healthy, and effective, and is available to preach or teach when needed. The Campus Pastor also serves on Cloverhill Church's Executive Team, contributing to church-wide strategy and leadership. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Campus & Staff Leadership - Serve as a member of Cloverhill Church's Executive Team, contributing to church-wide strategy, decision-making, and leadership alignment. - Support the church's preaching and teaching ministry as needed while remaining primarily focused on campus leadership, staff oversight, pastoral care, and ministry execution. - Champion the mission, vision, values, culture, and ministry priorities of Cloverhill Church at the Bailey Bridge Campus. - Provide visible pastoral leadership during weekend services, campus events, prayer gatherings, and key ministry moments. - Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, accountability, and direction for assigned campus staff, ensuring clear priorities, healthy communication, effective collaboration, and consistent follow-through. - Lead and develop Guest Experience Team Leads, empowering them to recruit, train, and care for volunteers across all guest-facing teams. - Address significant volunteer concerns or conflicts and support issues that extend beyond a Team Lead's authority. Engagement Pathway & First-Time Guests - Oversee the engagement pathway, helping guests and church partners identify clear next steps in their spiritual journey. - Ensure First-Time Guests receive a personal welcome, helpful orientation, staff connection, appropriate gift, and clear invitation to Connect 101. - Ensure timely, personal follow-up with First-Time Guests each week. - Oversee Dream Team Interest workflows, connecting individuals to the right ministry and ensuring successful onboarding. - Follow up with individuals who indicate they have given their life to Jesus and provide appropriate next-step resources. Connect, Water Baptism & Pastoral Care - Plan and teach Connect classes, overseeing class logistics and tracking graduate progress. - Coordinate Connect Graduations and celebrate graduate milestones. - Oversee the Water Baptism process from initial conversation through service-day coordination and follow-up. - Manage Planning Center workflows for Pastoral Care, Water Baptism, and Dream Team Interest, ensuring requests are assigned, monitored, and completed in a timely manner. - Assess pastoral-care requests with wisdom, notify the appropriate pastor or staff member, and ensure individuals and families receive compassionate follow-through. Sunday & Campus Operations - Oversee Sunday readiness and assigned campus staff, from building setup and volunteer positioning through hospitality, service flow, and teardown. - Serve as the primary point of contact for midweek campus logistics, helping guests navigate the campus and troubleshooting operational needs. Administration, Metrics & Ministry Support - Record and maintain accurate weekly metrics for service attendance, First-Time Guests, Water Baptisms, Connect attendance, and Connect graduate progress. - Maintain campus calendars, registrations, workflows, volunteer schedules, and related Planning Center information. - Coordinate hospitality support for services and church-wide events. - Stay aware of the annual church calendar and proactively identify Guest Experience, volunteer, supply, hospitality, and operational needs. - Partner with the Executive Pastorand ministry leaders to communicate campus needs, solve problems, and execute church-wide priorities with excellence. - Assist with large church-wide events and the Summer Internship Program as requested. QUALIFICATIONS - A growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a demonstrated commitment to prayer and Scripture. - Alignment with Cloverhill Church's mission, vision, values, beliefs, and leadership. - Ability and willingness to preach or teach when requested, communicating biblical truth with clarity, theological integrity, and pastoral sensitivity. - A pastoral heart for people and a genuine desire to help individuals grow spiritually and relationally. - Proven ability to lead, develop, and care for both staff and volunteer leaders. - Strong written and verbal communication, organization, follow-through, and relational skills. - Ability to manage multiple workflows, volunteer teams, events, supplies, and operational priorities with consistency. - Experience with Planning Center or similar church-management systems preferred. - Sound judgment, emotional maturity, discretion, and the ability to navigate sensitive situations with wisdom. - A positive, enjoyable, loyal, and servant-hearted approach to ministry. - Relevant ministry education and/or demonstrated church leadership experience preferred.

OVERVIEW The Kids' Pastor provides visionary leadership and pastoral care for the kids' ministry (birth through 5th grade) of Bethel Christian Church. This individual will lead a Christ-centered ministry that partners with parents, develops volunteers, creates engaging environments, and helps kids become lifelong followers of Jesus. The Kids' Pastor serves as a member of the pastoral staff and works collaboratively with the church leadership team to fulfill the mission of Bethel Christian Church. Bethel Kids currently serves kids from birth through fifth grade during Sunday morning and Wednesday evening ministries. Our ministry is supported by a committed volunteer team and continues to grow as our church reaches new families. We are looking for a leader who can build on this strong foundation and help us take the next step. The Kids' Pastor is responsible for leading every aspect of Bethel Kids Ministry. KIDS’ MINISTRY RESPONSIBILITIES Leadership - Provide vision, direction, and oversight for the entire kids' ministry. - Develop ministry strategies that align with the church's mission and vision. - Build, develop, and shepherd a thriving volunteer culture. - Recruit, train, schedule, and encourage ministry volunteers. - Lead regular volunteer meetings and training opportunities. - Champion a culture of safety by ensuring all child protection policies are followed and regularly evaluated. Weekend Ministry - Plan and oversee all Sunday morning kids' ministry environments. - Ensure lessons are biblically sound, engaging, and age-appropriate. - Maintain safe, welcoming, and excellent ministry environments. - Oversee classroom setup, supplies, curriculum, and technology. Midweek Ministry - Lead and develop Wednesday evening kids' ministry. - Develop an engaging ministry where kids experience worship, biblical teaching, discipleship, prayer, and the work of the Holy Spirit. Family Ministry - Equip parents to become the primary spiritual leaders of their kids. - Maintain regular communication with families. - Provide pastoral care to kids and parents during times of celebration or crisis. - Support child dedications, baptisms, and family milestones. Volunteer Development - Recruit and onboard new volunteers. - Conduct volunteer orientation and ongoing training. - Provide coaching, encouragement, and appreciation. - Ensure all volunteers complete required background checks and safety training. Outreach - Lead outreach events designed to reach kids and families. - Current outreach events include: Good Friday Camp and Back to School Blast - Develop strategies to connect new families to church life. CHURCH-WIDE RESPONSIBILITIES - Participate in weekly staff meetings. - Attend worship services and church-wide events. - Support the overall mission and ministry of Bethel Christian Church. - Collaborate with other ministry departments. - Assist with special events as assigned. - Perform other duties as assigned by the Lead Pastor. QUALIFICATIONS Education - A bachelor's degree in ministry, biblical studies, education, or a related field is preferred. - Assemblies of God ministerial credentials (or willingness to pursue credentials). Experience - Three or more years of experience leading kids' ministry or a comparable ministry leadership role is preferred. - Demonstrated ability to recruit and develop volunteer teams. - Strong organizational and leadership skills. - Effective communicator with kids, parents, and volunteers. - Ability to plan, organize, and execute ministry events. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and common ministry software (Planning Center, ProPresenter, church management systems, and digital communication tools), or the ability to learn them quickly. Personal & Spiritual Qualifications - Demonstrate a growing, vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ. - Fully support the doctrine and values of the Assemblies of God and Bethel Christian Church. - Exhibit spiritual maturity, humility, integrity, and teachability. - Be called to kids’ ministry and passionate about reaching the next generation. - Model biblical leadership in personal and family life. - Demonstrated ability to lead through vision rather than simply managing programs. - Work well within a collaborative staff culture. - Display strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Be dependable, flexible, and self-motivated.
