Worship and Creative Arts Director

The Bridge Church in Idaho Falls, ID is a very fast growing, non-denominational church that is looking for a worship and creative arts director who will lead an existing, talented worship team, and who will develop the creative arts program of the church. We are looking for an impactful and relational leader who can help as as we grow and who consistently delivers excellence. You must be able to work well in a collaborative environment and will be expected to help motivate and equip those you lead to pursue excellence and consistency in ministry. You must be able to lead worship in a larger church setting and work with the Senior Pastor in planning services. Staff experience in a medium or large sized church is preferred as well as a minimum of some formal musical training. Qualifications - Strong communication skills to effectively lead others and to convey messages clearly and effectively. - Musical training and talent. - A self-starter who can identify and develop growth opportunities. - Possesses self-management ability. - Understanding of production and the ability to develop other creative arts teams.
