Rosemont Baptist Church is seeking a Christ‑centered Senior Pastor to provide spiritual leadership, pastoral care, and administrative oversight. The ideal candidate will preach biblically sound sermons, shepherd the congregation, and guide the church in fulfilling its mission and vision. Key Responsibilities: - Preach Christ‑centered, Bible‑based sermons weekly on Sunday mornings - Lead Wednesday prayer meeting/Bible study - Collaborate with staff and worship team to plan meaningful services - Provide pastoral counseling and spiritual guidance - Visit members in hospitals, nursing homes, and homes - Officiate weddings, funerals, baptisms, and dedications - Oversee ministerial staff and church operations Administrative duties during weekly office hours - Participate in staff, committee, and leadership meetings - Support budget planning and ensure policy compliance Qualifications - Strong personal faith and spiritual maturity - Agreement with the Baptist Faith & Message - Seminary training preferred - Experience in preaching, pastoral care, and church leadership - Strong communication and leadership skills To Apply Please submit your resume, testimony/call to ministry, sermon samples, and three references to: music@rbcniceville.org
