Worship Pastor Pioneer Church — Ludington, Michigan Pioneer Church is a 3-year-old growing church plant in the beach town of Ludington, Michigan. Our church is full of young families, passionate volunteers, and people hungry to see God move in our community. We meet in a local school, which means every Sunday involves setting up and tearing down—and we love it. It keeps us mission-focused and reminds us that the church isn’t a building, it’s people. We are looking for a Worship & Youth Leader who feels called to help us reach the next generation and lead our church in authentic worship. This position is perfect for someone who may not have a flashy résumé but has a real calling from God to reach people far from Him. About the Role Our worship style is modern and engaging, and we already have a very talented band for a church our size. We simply need the right leader to help guide it. Our youth ministry has huge opportunity for growth, and we are excited to see someone bring vision, creativity, and passion to it. Responsibilities Worship Ministry - Lead worship on Sunday mornings - Coordinate with the worship team and musicians - Help plan worship services alongside the pastor - Cultivate a culture of authentic worship Church Life - Be part of the Sunday setup and teardown team - Invest relationally in the church community - Work closely with a fun and motivated leadership team Who We're Looking For You might be the right person if: - You have a passion for Jesus and reaching the lost - You feel called to ministry, not just looking for a job - You can vocally lead modern worship songs - You are hardworking, creative, and humble - You care more about mission than platform - You enjoy building relationships with students - You’re excited about helping grow a young church Experience is great, but passion and calling matter more to us.
