Job Description: Youth Pastor: Lead the Growth in America’s Fastest-Growing Metro! Oxford/Wildwood, FL, is officially the #1 fastest-growing area in the US, and we need a leader who can keep pace. We are a healthy, thriving AG church of 500 with a vibrant youth group of 60 students ready for their next chapter. We aren't looking for a babysitter; we’re looking for a culture-shaper. The Mission: - Master the "AG Classics": We are all-in on Fine Arts, Bible Quiz, Speed the Light, and Summer Camp. We want our students to lead the way in our district. - Build a Movement: Leverage our location (1 hour from Orlando and Tampa) in an exploding family market to reach the thousands of new families moving into our backyard. - Empower Leaders: Lead and develop an adult volunteer team that is ready to run with your vision.
